Repair Refund & Financing Policy

 

1. Labor & Specialty Services

• Diagnostic Fees: Fees cover expert assessment time and are non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to complete repairs here.

• General Labor: Standard labor and installation charges are non-refundable once services are rendered and authorized.

• Specialty & Custom Work: Design, tuning, performance fabrication, and custom modifications are strictly non-refundable.

• Authorization: No alterations or adjustments will be performed on custom builds without a signed work order revision. [1, 2, 3]

 

2. Parts Returns & Restocking

• Stock Parts: Unused, uninstalled stock parts in original packaging may be returned within 15 days with a receipt.

• Restocking Fee: All approved stock parts returns are subject to a 15% fee. [1, 2, 3]

• Specialty & Electrical Parts: Special-order performance parts, custom fabrications, and electrical components are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once ordered. [1, 2, 3]

• Aftermarket Disclosures: Per Mississippi Code § 63-27-5, any non-OEM or aftermarket crash parts used in your repair will be clearly itemized on your written estimate.

 

3. Outside Financing Terms

• Lender Agreement: All financing plans are managed through outside, third-party lenders. Your financing contract is a binding agreement between you and the lender. [1, 2]

• Irrevocability: Once a financed repair is authorized, started, and the funds are cleared by the lender, the transaction cannot be reversed or canceled by the shop.

• Payment Obligations: Disagreements regarding vehicle performance, diagnostic outcomes, or turnaround times do not excuse the customer from making scheduled loan payments to the third-party lender.

• Vehicle Release: Vehicles will not be released from the shop premises until the third-party financing agreement is fully executed, approved, and funding is confirmed.

• Liens for Non-Funding: If a financing provider denies funding after work has begun due to customer fraud or cancellation, a mechanic's lien will be filed against the vehicle under Mississippi Title 85 to secure the outstanding balance.

 

4. Shop Warranty Policy

• General Repairs: Covered by a 15-Day Warranty on parts and labor.

• Specialty & Performance Work: Covered by a 30-Day Warranty on parts and labor.

• Remedy Limit: If a component fails within its respective window, we reserve the first right to correct the issue in our shop. Cash or credit card refunds are not issued for warranty claims.

• Exclusions: Damage caused by racing, track use, vehicle abuse, or subsequent modifications by another shop voids all warranties.

• Customer Parts: We offer zero warranty or labor refunds on any customer-supplied parts. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

 

5. Refund Processing

• Financing Credits: Any court-ordered or shop-approved refunds for financed jobs will be credited directly back to your outside financing provider to lower your loan balance. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given directly to the customer for financed transactions.
